钻井泵活塞实验室试验

在压力为180公斤/厘米²、冲次为196次/分、清水介质的实验条件下,完成了新旧标准两组各8只丁腈夹布橡胶活塞的性能试验。试验是在我组研制的试验台架上进行的。 本文详细介绍了试验方法和试验情况,用充分的图表照片来说明活塞试验过程中所揭示出的某些特殊关系和活塞的失效情况。用数理统计方法计算了活塞的安全寿命。初步评价了两组活塞在高压下的工作性能,并对今后的研究工作提出参考意见。

LABORATORY TEST OF MUD PUMP PISTON

Under the laboratory conditions of 180 kg/cm² pressure, 196 s/min reciprocal time and water medium, the property test of two groups of different standards of perbunan-Cotton rubber pistons, each of which contains eight pistons, is completed in this experiment on the test bed which is developed by our research group.The test method and circumstances are presented in detail in this paper. some special relations of test process and the failure of pistons are illustrated by charts or photographs And the safety.
