| 摘 要： | 本文应用多元回归分析方法研究了钻井泵缸套材料的磨损量与其硬度的关系、活塞与缸套对磨时活塞材料的磨损量与缸套的光洁度的关系、建立了磨损量的回归方程，并求得了磨损率最小的工作条件。

| Abstract: | By applying the regression analysis method，the relations between the abrasive wear volume of the friction surface material of a drilling of a drilling pump and its hardness，the piston material and the surface finish of the friction surface of the drilling pump are studied. The regression equation of the abrasive wear volume is set up. The working condition with minimum rate of wear is ascertained. |
