摘    要:泥浆泵缸套高铬铸铁内衬,国内从七十年代就已应用于现场,其使用寿命大大超过了淬火处理的单金属缸套。本文对现场使用过的、寿命较高的双金属缸套进行了解剖分析研究,包括金相显微分析,扫描电镜下的表面形貌分析和现场泥浆中的磨屑分析。结果表明,双金属缸套的磨损机理是疲劳剥落起主要作用,其次是脆性剥落,其它还有塑性变形,‘微切削和腐蚀等.进而提出了现有工艺的改进意

Abstract:High-chromium cast iron has been used in oil field as liner oxnud pumpar home since lg7p}s, Its working life is much longer than single-layermetal liner with hardening treatment, In order to lengthen the working lifeof high-chromium cast iron and improve the present ,process,an analyticalstudy is made of doublelayer metal liner, which has been used in field andhas longer life, The metallograph analysis, the surface topography analysisunder scanning electron microscope and the wear debris analysis in fieldmud are included, The result shows that the wear mechanism is that fatiguespalling plays the main role, brittleness collapse the second role,and plasticdeformation, micro cutting and corrosion, etc, also play an important role,From this, improvements on the existing process have been presented
