云平台剩余能力共享对企业决策影响研究

互联网的发展以及物联网技术的成熟为传统制造业带来变革。各种云服务的出现,使企业之间的关系变得更为复杂。为探讨新技术对供应链成员带来的影响,将制造业同类企业分为两类:产能过剩型企业和产能不足型企业。通过引入云制造平台进行资源共享,运用博弈论的基本方法,研究剩余制造能力共享之后企业的价格决策以及最终利润变化,并将传统的外包或分享与平台共享做比较。结果表明:通过平台合作,可以更好地提高两类企业的利润,从而使得社会资源更加有效地分配。同时,在共享中还需要注意公平问题,制定好激励机制。

Influence Study of Remaining Capacity Sharing in Cloud Platform on Business Decisions

The development of Internet and maturity of technology of Internet of things bring revolution for the traditional manufacturing industry.The occurs of different cloud services make the relations be-tween companies be more complicated.In order to discuss the influence brought by new technology on members of supply chain,other companies same with manufacturing industry can be divided into two clas-sifications:companies with excess production capacity and companies with insufficient production capacity. The corporate price decisions and final profit change after conducting resources sharing by introducing cloud manufacturing platform,and after research on the remaining manufacturing capacity sharing by using basic approach of game theory.The results of comparison between traditional outsourcing or sharing and platform indicate that profits of two-type company can be better promoted so that to have social resources distributed in a more effective way by platform cooperation.Meantime,fairness problem also need to pay at-tention to to formulate a good incentive systems during sharing.
