农村环境冲突事件博弈分析

农村环境冲突事件主要涉及政府、企业和农民三方利益主体。通过对这三方利益主体的两两博弈形势分析,提出转换政府环境利益的角色定位、增强农民影响政府决策的能力、推动企业与农民利益一体化的治理对策,以期能够为减少农村环境污染、有效协调企业与农民之间的环境利益关系提供参考。

The rural environment conflict events mainly refer to government,enterprise and peasant,the game situation analysis between any two of them is analyzed,so it is proposed to shift role of government environment and benefit and to promote governing strategy for enterprise and peasants integration for the purpose of reduction of rural environment pollution and offering reference for effective coordination be-tween environment and benefit of enterprise and villagers.
