摘    要:温控器是通过负温度系数热敏电阻测量温度的,由于电路板发热、外壳密闭不宜散热等原因,所测温度和环境真实温度存在温差。用一种有效地方法对温度进行补偿,通过实验记录温控器显示温度和环境的真实温度,根据热敏电阻温度、阻值和电压之间的关系,分别建立温差随时间变化的指数函数模型和电压差指数函数模型,求出相应参数。据此设计一个温度补偿电路对不同温度条件下温控器显示温度值进行实时修正,使之逼近真实温度。实验结果表明,该方法不仅可以对温控器显示的温度进行实时温度补偿,而且补偿精度高,在0~40℃范围内补偿稳定可靠,操作方便,利于推广。

Exponential Function Based Thermistor Temperature Controller-temperature Compensation Model
Abstract:The temperature controller measures the temperature through the NTC(Negative Temperature Coefficient).Because the reasons of circuit board fever and shell enclosure with bad radiating effect,there is temperature difference between the measured temperature and the actual temperature.It then needs an ef-fective way to compensate for temperature.It records the display temperature of the temperature controller and the actual temperature of the environment,and through the relationship among thermistor temperature,resistance and voltage to establish the exponential function model and voltage difference index function model with the time changing,respectively.Then,it calculates its corresponding parameters.Accordingly,it designs a temperature-compensation circuit to make real-time correction on the display temperature value of the temperature controller at different temperature conditions.Experimental results show that this method can not only make real-time temperature compensation of the display tem-perature value of the temperature controller,it also has a high compensation accuracy.It is reliable and sta-ble in the range of 0~40 ℃,and it is easy to operate and conducive to the promotion.
