| 摘 要： | 对高等教育经济效益的传统估算公式作了重要改进，并以此估算了1997-2002年全国以及宁夏教育与高等教育对经济增长的贡献和投资偿还率．结果表明，高等教育投资是一项效益高、偿还快的投资．

| Abstract: | According to the economic benefit of colleging, this paper contributes greatly to improve the traditional computing formulae for it. Meanwhile, the paper computes the contribution and repayment rate of investment, which comes from the higher education in Ningxia area and the whole country from 1997 to 2002. Furthermore, this paper draws a conclusion that investment in higher education really is an investment that will obtain more benefit and repayment. |
