| 摘 要： | 人参提取物（LFG）具有显著的促进神经细胞生长的活性,为解析其活性的物质基础,利用HPLC-UV法分析了人参提取物的成分,结果表明LFG中含有多种多炔类化合物,而不含有常见的人参皂苷.

| Abstract: | The lipid fraction of ginseng(LFG) showed marked outgowth activity of neural cells.In order to elucidate the active substances,LFG was analysized by using HPLC coupled with UV in this experiment.This experiment showed LFG contained little ginsenosides,but several polyacetylenes. |
