摘    要:为了实现对某一特定设备进行顺序开关控制 ,在电气控制设计的理论及方法中 ,利用单片机手段来实现。文章针对水泥试体切削过程中所包含的多道步序 ,且步序间为串行流程的条件步进控制问题 ,分别从刀具多机拖动的互锁与联动、刀具的进程检测与驱动、系统的可靠性与安全性等几个方面详细介绍了利用单片机来实现的有效方法。方法简单 ,适用于条件步进控制 /时间步进控制的一类应用问题。

Abstract:As for the theory and methods of electric control design,there is little systematic exposition using MCU to control on off switch signals for realizing electric control of specific equipment.In view of the problems such as multi steps and closely linked act based conditions,this paper gives a detailed discussion.The mutual locking and connected acting,the process check and relay drive,the reliability and the safety of the system are all studied.The methods of using MCU are also discussed.The methods are not only simple but also applicable for act based condition control/act based time control.
