| 摘 要： | 对早开堇菜(Viola prionantha Bunge)大孢子的发生和雌配子体发育的观察结果显示,早开堇菜子房1室,3心皮;心皮腹面壁上着生多数胚珠,胚珠为倒生型;侧膜胎座;大孢子母细胞经过减数分裂产生线状大孢子四分体,合点端的大孢子或第一大孢子具功能.胚囊发育属蓼型.

| Abstract: | Observed on Viola prionantha Bunge the development of megasporogenesis and the formation of female gametophyte,results demonstrated that,Viola prionantha Bunge ovary 1 room early,3 carpels;On the carpel thoracic and abdominal area wall is living the most ovules,the ovule for lives but actually;Side membrane placenta;The megaspore metrocyte process reduces the fission to produce the striation megaspore tetrad,gathered an end the megaspore or the first megaspore has the function.The embryo sac growth is knotweed. |
