人体组织对激光辐射的吸收特性

摘    要:研究人体组织对激光辐射的吸收特性,为医疗用激光的选择提供依据,方法以比尔定律为基础,研究了人体主要吸收成分水、蛋白质和色素对光的吸收,进而得到某些组织,如皮肤,动及脉壁和上发球角膜对激光的吸收特性。

Abstract:Aim To study the absorpt characteristic of human tissue for laser irradiationMethods Based on the Beer law to study the laser absorption characteristics of water, proteins and pigments to get those of skin, aortic wall and cornea for laser irradiation of variant wavelength [WTHZ]Results [WTBZ]It is shown that absorption in the UV and visible range of the spectrum is primarily dependent on pigments while water molecules mainly absorb irradiation in the IR region of the spectrum Conclusion The set of Er lasers whose wavelength falls in the range of absorbtion peak of water is very importent
