| 摘 要： | 中央目前把构建和谐社会摆在了非常重要的地位,但我国当前的经济社会发展还面临着诸多“不和谐”,突出表现在城乡之间存在巨大差距,而且在未来一段时期内,城乡差距还可能呈现继续扩大的趋势。可见,加快缩小城乡差距．协调城乡关系,已经成为当前和今后一个时期关系全局的重大任务。

It shows great difference between the urban and the rural. There is a growing trend in the difference gap between the urban and the rural.so,To coordinate its relationship and shorten the gap quickly having became the significance task in the period and present. |
