助脱剂对脱胶效果影响的研究

摘    要:采用三因素随机区组设计,研究助脱剂处理浓度、茵液处理时间和不同茵种对苎麻脱胶效果的影响,实验结果表明:不同茵种的培养液处理苎麻,处理后苎麻残胶率之间差异不显著;而不同处理时间和不同助脱剂处理浓度之间对苎麻脱胶效果的差异达到极显著水平;三个处理因素间的互作都不显著;脱胶助剂三聚磷酸钠的适宜处理浓度为0.30%,而茵液处理苎麻纤维的适宜处理时间是16h。

Abstract:The effection of the treating concentration of the reagent accelerating the degumming process (Factor A), the duration that the bast fibers of ramie are dipped in culture medium (Factor B) and strains (Factor C) on the efficiency of degumming of ramie fibers by microorganism was studied by using a three-factor randomized completely block design . The results showed that the efficiency of degumming of ramie fibers by microorganism in terms of the residual gum rate from two strains did not have significant difference, while the efficiencies of both the different levels from Factor B and the different levels from Factor C presented highly significant difference, and the interactions among these three factors had no significant difference, indicating that the proper treating concentration of sodium tripoly-phosphate, a reagent accelerating the degumming process, was 0.30%,and the duration that the bast fibers of ramie were dipped in culture medium was 16 h.
