水稻老化种子活力与生理性状关系的研究

摘    要:7个自然老化的水稻品种种子生活力、发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数有一定差异。种子的相对电导率、种子萌发期间的呼吸速率、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性也有一定差异。相关分析表明,活力指标的差异与质膜相对透性的差异呈(极)显著负相关;而与呼吸速率的差异呈(极)显著正相关;但与POD和CA了活性的差异不呈线性相关。

Abstract:The correlation between physiological character and the vigor of aged rice seeds of seven rice varieties was studied.The results showed that there were differences in seed vitality,germination potential,germination rate and germination index among rice varieties.There were also differences in four physiological characteristics.The relative electroconductivity rate was negatively related to seed vigor, and the respiratory rate was positively related,both presented significant levels, but the activities of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) were not lineally related to seed vigor.
