摘    要:针对工程中球罐的实际结构与载荷形式,研究带支柱与凸缘开孔的球罐结构的最大应力问题.采用有限元软件ANSYS,分别对两种不同材料的带10个支柱和上、下两个凸缘开孔的球罐在内压、自重和内部液压共同作用下的应力进行了数值计算.计算结果表明,整个球罐的最大应力发生于球罐底部的凸缘开孔的周边,为说明上述问题的力学建模效果,还对承受内压载荷作用的不带支柱与凸缘的开圆孔球壳的应力进行了数值计算,结果表明其数值解与相应的理论解十分接近.

Abstract:Maximal stresses and strength of spherical tanks with stanchions and flanged openings are studied in this paper according to the practical structures and loading of the spherical tanks in engineering. Numerical calculations using ANSYS FEM software are carried out on two kinds of spherical tanks, one of which has two flanged circular openings (at the top and at the bottom, respectively) and ten stanchions, subjected to internal pressure, self weight and internal hydraulic pressure. The numerical result shows that the maximal stresses of the whole spherical tank locate at the edge of the bottom's flanged opening. For the sake of verification to the results above, numerical calculations are also carried out on a model of a spherical shell with a flangeless circular opening subjected to average-distributed internal pressure. And the calculation results show that the numerical solutions are very close to the relative theoretical ones.
