摘    要:以ZnS纳米微粒(NPS)和8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(H2QS)为原料,通过新颖的配体交换法合成一系列表面功能化的H2QS-ZnS NPS。TEM结果显示,H2QS-ZnS NPS均一分散,没有聚集,粒径与功能化前的ZnS NPS基本一样,为2~4nm。H2QS-ZnS NPS的荧光发射峰在488nm处,其发光效率随着H2QS与ZnS NPS比率的增加而提高,与ZnS NPS的荧光发射峰(420nm处)相比较发生红移且发光效率显著提高,并对其发光机理进行理论分析。

Abstract:A series of H2QS-ZnS NPS were synthesized from ZnS nanoparticles(NPS) and 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonie acid(H2QS) by a novel ligandexchange process.TEM results show that H2SQ-ZnS NPS are uniformly dispersed wihout aggregation.The H2SQ-ZnS NPS has a diameter of 2~4 nm,the same as that of Zns NPS before functionalization.The fluorescent emission of H2QS-ZnS NPS is at 488 nm and the luminous efficiency is improved when increasing ratio of H2SQ to ZnS NPS.As compared with ZnS NPS(420 nm),the luminous efficiency of H2SQ-ZnS NPS is greatly enhanced and the emission peak has a red shift,its luminous mechanism were theoretical analysised.
