| 摘 要： | 本文对喜玛拉雅白皮松种子的主要成分进行了分析,结果表明胚乳和胚中脂肪含量高达57.57％和31.84％,且均可检测出6种脂肪酸;两种组织中蛋白质含量分别为14.15％和23.09％,其水解物均可检测出20种氨基酸;胚中含有较多的可溶性糖,而淀粉较少。

| Abstract: | The major storage components of the seeds of Pinus geradiana were analysed in this paper.The results show that the lipid contents were 57.57% and 31.84%, the protein contents
were 14.15%and 23.09% in the endosperms and embryos respectively. 6 fatty acid in the lipids , 20 amino acid in the proteins contained in seeds were found.The content of soluble
sugars in the embryos was much more higher than that in the endosperms , and starch was lower than that in the endosperms. |
