实践心育的基础是清晰的心育理路:以素质为基础养育品质,重视素质向品质的转化;以自我统驭人心,做到智能、人格、精神和谐;言语与情感是自我的内在心义,言语是自我的脸孔,情感是自我中极其重要的生命事件;理解与体验是自我确立、发展的两条心路;习惯与意志构筑自我的运作轨道。有人性的自我心理学是心育的基本理念。

Ego: Noumenon of Psychological Education

The foundation of psychological education practice is a clear theoretical thought of it,i.e.character should be cultivated on the quality base,and the transformation of quality into character should be emphasized;mind should be controlled with ego so that intelligence,personality and spirit would harmonized;speech and emotion are the internal expression of ego,and speech is the face of ego while emotion is a very important life event within ego;understanding and experiencing are the two mental routes to self-determination and development;habit and volition construct the operation orbit for ego.The humanistic ego psychology is the basic conception of psychological education.
