气制动感载比例阀的AMESim仿真及试验

摘    要:在气压传动动力学分析基础上,应用流体伺服控制理论建立气制动感载比例阀的数学模型。利用AMESim(Advanced Modeling Environment for Performing Simulations of Engineering System)仿真平台,对某全地域越野车气制动感载比例阀进行仿真分析,得到该阀的输入、输出压力特性曲线。结果表明:随载荷增加,感载比例阀压力调节点上移,并在压力达到压力调节点之后使输出压力的增长率小于输入压力的增长率,有效防止后轮先于前轮抱死。与台架试验结果进行对比,仿真与试验相吻合,较好地验证了模型的正确性,为气制动系统元件及系统仿真分析奠定了基础。
