摘    要:本文报道了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(4-羟基-6-甲基-嘧啶)-三氮烯(NPHMPDT)的合成及其与镉的显色反应研究。在OP的存在下,pH11.0的Na284O2-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与镍发生显色反应,镍与NPHMPDT形成摩尔比为1:3型的配合物。在470nm处有一最大正吸收,在540nm处有一最大负吸收。以470nm为参比波长,540nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.48×10^5 L/(mol·cm)镍的浓度在0~400ug/L范围内符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定铝舍金中微量镍,结果满意。

Synthesis of the New Reagent 1-(4-p-Nitrophenyl)-3-(4-Hydroxyl-6-Methyl-Pyrimidine)-Triazene and Its Color Reaction With Nickel
Abstract:This paper reports the synthesis of the new regent 1-(4-p-nitrophenyl)-3-(4-hydroxyl-6-methyl-pyrimidine)-Triazene (NPHMPDT) and the color reaction of NPHMPDT with nickel. In the presence of the surface active agent OP and in the Na2B4OT-NaOH medium of pH ll.0,the reagent form a complex with nickel in the molar ratio of 1:3. The molar absorptivity is 1.48 ×10^5L/(mol·cm )by dual-wavelength of 470nm and determination wavelength of 540nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-500p, g/L. The method has been applied to the direct determination of nickel in aluminium alloys with satisfactory results.
