| 摘 要： | 应用ISSR技术，对庄河仙人洞红松人丁二林的30个个体进行遗传多样性分析．通过筛选出14个ISSR引物的扩增，共检测到90个位点，其中多态位点为57个，多态位点比率（P）为0．6333．经统计分析：庄河仙人洞红松人工林的Nei指数为0．2598，Shannon指数为0．3627．与其露水河红松人工林的遗传变异对比，庄河仙人洞红松人工林保存着丰富的遗传多样性．

| Abstract: | Genetic diversity of 30 individuals of Pinus horaiensis plantation in Zhuanghe was detected using ISSR marker. 14 ISSR primers were able to generate 90 loci in total, there are 57 polymorphic loci and the percentage of polymorphic loci is 0. 633 3. Nei＇s index is 0. 259 8, and the Shannon＇s index is 0. 362 7. Comparing with Lusuihe pupulation,the result shows that there are more genetic variations in Zhuanghe. |
