| 摘 要： | 在建立混合型医疗保险体系模型的基础上，讨论所涉及到的三阶段效用最大化的决策过程，并研究消费者通过个人均衡共付率的确定对所需要的商业医疗保险的选择。通过分析，构建在我国发展社会-商业混合型医疗保险体系的基本模式，以便能更有效地满足职工不同层次的医疗保障需求。

| Abstract: | Based on an establishment of the model of China's mixed health insurance system, this paper discusses the decision-making process on the three-stage maximization as well as the issue how consumers choose their personal commercial health insurance according to individual equilibrium coinsurance rate. After analysis, the paper constructs a fundamental development style of Chinese social-commercial mixed health insurance system so as to meet effectively staff's health insurance demand of different level. |
