| 摘 要： | 为解决石化企业油料的自动装卸问题，采用智能相机VCSBC4018，将油罐口检测问题转化为检测圆形物体圆心问题．对现有圆检测技术分析后，最终采用边缘匹配作为二次定位的方案，在对程序做了优化以后，提高了系统运行效率，实现了对油罐口的检测与识别．

| Abstract: | To solve the overall automatization problem of the oil plants loading and unloading in the oil refining enterprises, the authors presented a system which has a smart camera VCSBC4018 as the core, and transformed the oil tank opening detection problem to the detection of the center of a circle. After analyzing present existing round detection technology, the edge matching was finally chosen as the secondary positioning scheme, thus after optimizing the programs, the system operation efficacy was improved, and the detection and identification of the oil tank opening were successfully realized. |
