| Abstract: | Liang Qi-chao explored grand times of Kang and Qian with the development of the world history of the 18~(th) century as the background,analysed the Kang and Qian grand times from a Western perspective,reflected on the heyday with the development experience of the Western countries and annotated the heyday of the Qing Dynasty based on the need for the realistic politics. |
