| Abstract: | The venture capital possesses a great function for the prosperity of the modern economy, and its investing characters determines the co-existence of the high return and the high risk. This paper sums up and analyzes on the main risks faced by our country's venture capital companies, and connecting with the operation course of the venture capital, puts forward some measures for preventing these risks. |
