| 摘 要： | 构建有效的地方政府合作机制是建设“红三角经济圈”的理性选择。但现实社会中在观念、体制及制度方面存在阻碍“红三角”地方政府合作机制有效构建的因素,应借鉴国内外地方政府合作机制建构的经验,从合作理念、合作机构、协调机制、合作制度和合作方式五个方面构建“红三角”地方政府合作机制。

| Abstract: | The article suggests the governmental cooperation in the Red Triangle Delta. On the basis of analyzing the barriers including the ideas of regional protection, the lack of authoritative organization and related laws, learning from the experiences from home and abroad are pointed out. Several Suggestions from five aspects are put forward. |
