| 摘 要： | 川滇木莲(Manglietia Duclouxii Finetet gagnep)干燥皮的酸性乙醇提取物,经硅胶柱层析,以甲醇—氨水—水(8:1:7)洗脱,分段收集,分离纯化得两种结晶物。经理化分析,光谱测定(uv、IR、'H—NMR,~(13)c—NMR,MS),及其衍生物的鉴定,确定其结构:分别为木兰箭毒碱(Magnocararine)、和木兰箭毒碱的苦味酸盐。其旋光性为左旋,它的结构式应为(一)R 型。此化合物的游离碱系国内首次分离得到,从木兰科木莲属植物中是首次获得。

| Abstract: | From the bark of Chuan-Dian-Mulian(Manglitia duciouxii finet et Gag- nep)two alkaloids were isolated turough silica gel column chromatography (MeOH-NH_3-H_2O)(8:1:7).Based on spectra data(UV.IR.~1HNMR ~(13)CN MR,andMs)and the prepartion of its deriva-tives. The isolation of this alkaloide is the first time achieved domestically and it is from the Manglietia duclouxii finet et Gagnep as well. |
