| 摘 要： | 考察系列季铵盐Gemini表面活性剂C12-S2En-C12·2Br(n=1,3)和C12-S(?)-C12·2Br(s=2,3,4,6)对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的悬液定量杀菌效果,并与十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(C12TABr)的效果比较.结果表明,C12-S2En-C12·2Br和C12-S(?)-C12·2Br具有比C12TABr优良得多的杀灭大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的能力.作用10 min后,对这3种菌均达到杀灭99.9％以上的效果.

| Abstract: | The bactericidal activities of two sets of quaternary Gemini surfactants have been examined by the suspension quantitative germicidal test to Escherchia, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida alibicans respectively. The germicidal effect was also compared with that of the corresponding monomer, i. e. dodecyltrimethyl-ammonium bromide ( C12TABr). The results showed bactericidal activities for all the quaternary Gemini surfactants, in this aspect, had a much better germicidal effect than C12TABr. Their killing rate for all these bacteria was over 99. 9 % ten minutes after the action. |
