| Abstract: | This paper offers the reaction process and technique equipment for synthesizing Si3N4 ultra fine powder with laser driving in gas phase. Some technique experiments which gain better economic benifits and decrease cost are given. Finally, the physical properties of ultra fine powder prepared, such as shape, constitution, are analyzed. |
