摘    要:本文介绍了激光驱动气相合成制备Si_3N_4超细粉的工艺装置,给出了为降低成本取得更高经济效益所进行的一些工艺流程试验,对制得超细粉的形态、成份等物性做了分析.

Abstract:This paper offers the reaction process and technique equipment for synthesizing Si3N4 ultra fine powder with laser driving in gas phase. Some technique experiments which gain better economic benifits and decrease cost are given. Finally, the physical properties of ultra fine powder prepared, such as shape, constitution, are analyzed.
