| 摘 要： | 针对江、河流域水质污染问题,应用地理信息技术与计算机技术,开发基于Arcgis Server的水环境监测系统.通过对水资源信息的实时动态监测、存储、分析等功能,对异常污染源的锁定提供技术支持,实现水资源的自动化、智能化管理.
