壳聚糖酶、纤维素酶降解壳聚糖的研究

摘    要:研究了壳聚糖酶和纤维素酶催化降解壳聚糖,讨论了温度、pH等因素对壳聚糖降解的影响,并得到最佳的反应条件.研究了壳聚糖酶和纤维素酶的热稳定性,以及pH对酶的稳定性的影响.讨论了底物浓度和酶浓度对壳聚糖降解的影响,适当增加底物浓度和酶的浓度,能够加速壳聚糖的降解.

Abstract:In this paper,a new approach in preparing low-molecular chitosan by chitinase and cellulas degradation is introduced.The optimum reaction conditions for both chitinase and cellulas are summarized in comparing to the conventional methods.This paper also explored how to controll the reaction dynamics by the ratio of substrate and enzyme concentration in the system.
