摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT检查及三维重建技术在胸腰椎骨折中的诊断及临床应用价值.方法:对52例胸腰椎骨折患者进行多层螺旋CT扫描并进行三维、多平面重组等后处理并对其分型.结果:52例胸腰椎骨折中,单节椎骨折37例,双节椎骨折12例,三节椎骨折3例。以压缩性骨折(占44%)、粉碎性骨折(占33%)多见,骨折脱位占23%,三柱受累中以前中柱和前中后柱受累多见。结论:螺旋CT检查及三维重建联合应用对胸腰椎骨折的诊断具有重要价值,有利于胸腰椎骨折的分类,同时有助于临床医师根据椎体骨折情况选择手术方式,减少手术创伤和并发症发生,对预后评价也有较好的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and clinical application value of 16-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction technigue in thoracolumbar fractures.Methods: 52 cases of patients with multi-slice spiral CT and post-processing such as three-dimensional reconstruction,multiplanar reformation and classification.Results: In 52 cases,single vertebral fractures were 7 cases,double vertebral fractures were 12 cases,three vertebral fractures were 3 cases.Compression fractures accounted for 44%,comminuted fracture accounted for 33%,fracture-dislocation accounted for 23%.The frond middle and frond middle behind column were often involved.Conclusion: Combined application of spiral CT examination and three-dimensional reconstruction has a great value in diagnosis of thoracolumbar fractures.This conducives to the classification of thoracolumbar fractures and to choose operative method for clinicians,and has a good clinical value in reducing surgical trauma and complications.
