| 摘 要： | 针对目前高校试题库建设中存在的缺陷，提出了试题库系统应利用校园网平台面向全体教师、全体学生开放的观点，阐述了通用智能且具有辅助教学功能的开放试题库系统的设计思想及设计方案，并详细介绍了实现该软件的主要技术。 |

| Abstract: | To overcome the maladies of the test system at present,the paper puts forward a point ofview that the test system should be open to all teachers and students on the campus network.Itexpounds a scheme in which the open test system with CAI is designed for every course.The maintechniques and implementation of the software are introduced in detail. |
