| Abstract: | The progress of agricultural science and technology is the motive source to push the agriculture and the countryside economy ahead.To be the big agricultural pronvince just like Jilin pronvince,the promating funtion of science and technology on agriculture is especially important.The article makes an analysis of some problems such as investment,system and appliance existing in progress of agricultural science and technology and sets forth the countermeasures to promote it. |
