立轴平面强力磨削温度的试验研究

摘    要:首先对立轴平面磨削接触区的特点和磨削温升规律进行了分析。在此基础上试验研究了诸工艺参数对磨削温度的影响规律;比较了冷却方式及磨削方式对磨削温度的影响程度。试验结果表明,适当选择砂瓦硬度和工艺参数并改进冷却方式,可以在减轻磨削热损伤的前提下提高磨削效率。从减小磨削温度、提高加工效率考虑,逆倾斜磨削方式不失为一种好的磨削方式。

Abstract:Characteristics of grinding contact area on a vertical-spindle surface heavy-duty grinding are investigated, with temperature raising behavior discussed.Several tests are thus made for the influence of grinding parameters on grinding temperature so as to compare the different effects on the grinding temperature caused by various cooling/grinding ways. Experimental results show that properly selecting the wheel and processing parameters and further improving the cooling effect will raise the grinding efficiency along with thermal damage reduced in grinding.On this understanding, grinding with reversely tilted spindle is considered the better.
