职业学校“双师型”教师队伍问题研究

职业学校"双师型"教师是职业学校教育质量提高和教育目标实现的基本保证,但目前我国职业学校"双师型"教师存在着诸多问题,如教师数量少且质量偏低,职称不合理且学历偏低,兼职教师数量少,教师培训环节薄弱,师资流出现象严重等。因此,国家必须制定相应的政策法规,职业学校要建立和完善相应的机制以保证职业学校"双师型"教师队伍建设。

On the Main Problems in Bi-competency Teachers in Chinese Professional School and Their Countermeasures

Bi-competency teachers are the basic ensure to realize the teaching goals and enhance the quality of the Chinese professional schools,but there are a lot of problems in this kind of faculty such as a small number and low quality of teachers,the teachers' unreasonable title structure and low education level,a small number of part-time teachers,the weak link in teacher training,the serious teacher outflow phenomenon and so on.Therefore,the Chinese authorities should enact some corresponding policies and regulations and the professional schools should construct and complete the corresponding mechanism so as to ensure the construction of the bi-competency teachers' team in them.
