| 摘 要： | 信息化是我国新农村建设的重要内容，由于经济基础与社会环境的差异，农村信息化建设不能照搬城市信息化的模式和经验，需要根据实际情况开展研究。文章从项目的角度对农村信息化的项目选择、投资主体、项目实施、项目运营等环节的进行了较为全面的思考。

| Abstract: | Informatization is one of important contents in construction of new countryside. The economic foundation and social environment differ between country and cities, therefore, the rule and mode of informatization in city are not available to that in countryside. It＇s discussed in this paper in terms of project choice, investor, project implement and operation. |
