摘 要: | 长期以来 ,科技发展和企业文化是众多学者关注的两大焦点 ,而很少有人将科技的发展进程与企业文化结合起来 ,并系统分析科技对于企业文化的影响和作用。本文立足科技发展的历史 ,对科学、技术和企业文化的涵义进行了界定并分析了企业文化的构成要素及其内在结构 ,并以此为切入点 ,以科技的历史发展为脉络 ,深刻地揭示了科学技术对企业文化的诱导效应

Abstract: | As two important focuses,the development of science & technology and company culture have attracted close attention of many scholars for a long time.Few people,however,integrated them together,and analyzed that the development of science & technology is vital to the company culture.Basing on the developmental history of science & technology,the author defines the meaning of science,technology and company culture,analyzes the elements and structure of the company culture,shows the inducion effect of science & technology to the company culture with the science & technology revolution act as a skeleton. |
