| 摘 要： | 采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,利用FFAP毛细管气相色谱柱和FID检测器,通过优化色谱条件,外标法同时测定贞芪扶正胶囊中残留有机溶剂的含量.经方法学评价,待测化合物线性相关系数均大于0.99,峰面积重复性的RSD值小于10.65%,回收率结果符合要求.该方法操作简便、准确可靠,可为控制中药贞芪扶正胶囊及其他中药制剂中有机溶剂的残留量提供参考.

| Abstract: | The content of residual organic solvents in Zhenqi Fuzheng capsules is determined by using the headspace capillary gas chromatography method involving the FFAP capillary column and the FID detector,and by optimizing the chromatographic conditions and adopting the external standard method.The linear correlation coefficients are all more than 0.99,the RSD of reproducibility of the components is all less than 10.65% and the recovery rates accord with the requirements.The method is simple,accurate and reliable ... |
