化工贮罐区安全评价的探讨

摘    要:应用DOW法和重大危险源法,对一化工贮罐区进行了安全评价,得出该罐区为重大危险源。对两种评价方法及结果进行了分析,指出了化工贮罐区安全评价的基本模式。该模式是几种评价方法的有机组合,是一个综合型的安全评价模式,该模式也是动态的。该模式对系统事故发生的概率和事故发生后的损失大小都进行了评价,它又是全面的。

Abstract:DOW Fire Explosion Index and major danger source method are used to evaluate the risk of some vessels in a chemical plant. A conclusion is drawn that the vessels is a major hazard source. Analyzing the tow risk assessments and the conclusions, an elementary model about safety assessments for vessels in a chemical plant is advanced. The mode is the combination of several assessment methods, and it is a generalized type of safety assessment mode. The mode is dynamic. The mode can evaluate the probability of the occurrence of system accidents and the loss after the occurrence of accidents, so the mode is also comprehensive.
