摘    要:对磁致伸缩效应及其起源机制进行了探讨.阐述了磁致伸缩效应的管道检测原理,可归纳为弹性波的产生是基于磁致伸缩效应,弹性波的检测是基于磁致伸缩逆效应.对长约为6.716m,外径38mm,壁厚2.5mm的样本钢管进行模拟缺陷检测,给出了所获得的检测信号.检测结果表明应用这种方法对钢管缺陷进行无损检测是可行的.该实验装置简单,安装方便,而且可对很长的钢管进行快速、大范围检测.

Abstract:The magnetostrictive effect and its origin mechanism was discussed. Based on magnetostrictive effect, the pipe detection principle was described. It can be summarized as follows: elastic wave generation is based on the magnetostrictive effect and elastic wave detection is based on the inverse magnetostrictive effect . Signals acquired from a steel pipe, which is approximately 6.716?m long, with the diameter of 38?mm and wall thick of 2.5?mm, inducing a simulated defect were given. The experimental results show this method is feasible. The experimental setup is simple, easy to be assembled and capable of rapid and long range inspection of a long segment steel pipe.
