| 摘 要： | 切削液在机械加工领域应用非常广泛,起着重要作用.由于切削液产品种类繁多,加工对象和加工工具的材质、性状等又往往各不相同,与之相适应的切削液自然也当各具特色.如何选择恰当的切削液就是个不可回避的现实问题.另一方面,从切削液的研究、生产角度来看,需要对切削液不断地改进、创新.在这两方面都需要解决好切削液的性能评价和选择问题.本文所提切削液的性能,系指它在切削加工中对提高制品加工质量和效率所能表现出来的性能,即所谓第一性能.

| Abstract: | A simple and effective mathematical model for evaluating the performance of cutting fluids is proposed. This model is based on the experimental data and the knowledge of the appraiser and is capable of not only showing the quality of single performance index but also giving the overall result of evaluation. For various kinds of cutting fluids under evaluation, it can also show the degree of quality of each if so required. This model can also be used to evaluate several kinds of cutting fluids at the same time under different given cutting conditions. An example is given. |
