酸碱滴定实验微型化研究

摘    要:借助改装的微量滴定管,考察了酸碱溶液的标定及氨水中氨含量测定实验的微型化可行性.在不改变基本操作的前提下,通过与常量法比较发现,当试剂用量减少为常量法的1/5时,测定NaOH,HCl及氨水实验的精密度、准确度均有所下降,但仍能基本满足学生实验的要求.微量法标定NaOH的较佳浓度范围为0.05~0.20 mol/L,标定...

Abstract:The feasibility in the miniaturization experiment about acid and alkali solution calibration and ammonia determination was studied through using adapted micro type burette.Keeping the basic operation and comparing with constants titration,when reagent consumption reduced to 1/5,the precision and accuracy declined,but it can still basically meet the students' experiment requirement.The better concentration range for calibration NaOH is 0.05~0.20 mol/L,and HCl is 0.10~0.50 mol/L.
