| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等,对大学生在同类项目中最易出现哪些损伤进行研究.以运动中身体与运动元素之间的关系特点为依据,对运动项目进行分类,经调查统计出各类项目发生损伤的情况.对产生损伤原因进行分析总结及在教学与训练中对此类损伤进行预防,为今后开展运动安全常识的普及教育提供理论依据.
