摘    要:利用浸渍法将Fe2(SO4)3溶液负载到β分子筛上,经过焙烧制得β分子筛负载SO2-4-/Fe2O3固体超强酸催化剂.并以乙酸丁酯的酯化反应为探针,考查了β分子筛与Fe2(SO4)3的质量比、焙烧时间、焙烧温度对催化剂酯化性能的影响,得到了较佳的制备条件:Fe与β分子筛质量比为5:2,焙烧温度550C,焙烧时间4h.用...

Abstract:Fe2(SO4)3 solution was loaded on molecular sieve by impregnation and SO42-/Fe2O3 solid super acids based on molecular sieve was prepared by calcination.The effect of mass ratio of molecular sieve and Fe2(SO4)3,calcination time and calcination temperature on esterification performance were researched by referring to butyl acetate esterification reaction,obtained the optimum preparation condition the rate of mass is 5∶2,the calcination temperature is 550℃ and the calcination time is 4 h.The acid strength H0≤12.7 by indicator method is confirmed solid super acid.
