| 摘 要： | 将多球训练法应用于高师体育专业的网球教学中.实践表明,多球训练法有利于学生掌握技术动作及纠正错误动作,有助于增大学生课堂上的训练强度,从而达到理想的训练效果,同时激发学生的学习兴趣,提高课堂教学质量.

| Abstract: | The training of many balls used in the normal higher sports professional tennis teaching. Practice shows that the training of many balls is good for the students to grasp the skill of the motion and correct the wrong motion. And it＇s helpful for the students to increase the training strength in the class. At the same time, the training effect can be good, and it can make the students be interested in the study and improve the quality of teaching in the class. |
