美日人力资源管理模式的对比与借鉴

摘    要:美国和日本的人力资源管理模式是各具特色的两种极端模式,代表了东西方不同文化和企业背景。在人力资源开发和管理的地位日益突出的今天,如何建立合理的人资体系与模式,在很大程度上决定着企业的发展方向和规模。而我国企业的人力资源管理模式多源自计划经济时代的人事行政管理,仍有很多不足和不适之处,在一定程度上制约了企业发展。本文即从此出发,通过对美日企业的人力资源管理模式中招聘、使用、培训、薪酬、激励和绩效等方面的对比,得出一些对我国企业人力资源管理有益的启示,以期有所借鉴。

Abstract:The human resource management patterns in United States and Japan are quite different, which represent respectively different cultures of the East and West and business backgrounds. How to develop and manage human resources will decide on the development direction and scale of the company to a great degree. In China, many human resource departments are based on personnel admin- istration of the planned economy era, so there are still many shortcomings and discomforts which restrict the development of enterprises. Concerning at this point, some useful lessons in human resources management are obtained from comparison of the US-Japan enterprise management mode including human resources recruitment, training, salary, use, and performance in this paper.
