压铸模侧滑块延时抽芯机构的设计

摘    要:在压铸模设计中,为了便于设计推出机构,开模时压铸件一般应留在动模。当压铸件结构特殊,需要侧向抽芯且对定模型芯的包紧力大于对动模型芯的包紧力时,可以采用侧滑块延时抽芯机构使压铸件在开模后留在动模,保证压铸生产的顺利进行。侧滑块延时抽芯机构构思巧妙,结构简单,且不增加压铸模的制造费用,对压铸模的设计有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Generally, in order to design ejecting mechanism conveniently, die casting should be left in the moving mold when designing die casting die. When enveloping force generated by die casting with special construction on the fixed die is larger than the force put on the core of moving die, time lapse core pulling mechanism could be adopted in case that die casting could stop in the moving after open mold, thereby, the production of die casting could be assured.
