平补脾肾法治疗肾脾气（阳）虚型慢性肾衰的临床观察

观察中医药平补脾。肾法治疗肾脾气（阳）虚型慢性肾衰临床疗效。方法：随机采用观察组164例与对照组167例，在常规治疗的基础上，观察组采用中药汤及灌肠两种方法；对照组采用包醛氧淀粉、大黄胶囊及药用炭口服。结果：治疗组不仅可改善慢性肾功不全失代偿期患者的肾功能和临床症状、体征，而且可以使患者的体质、体力得以恢复，生存质量明显提高，且各方面的指标均显著优于对照组，在2年期疗效观察中，治疗组的病情稳定的人数明显的多于对照组。结论：平补脾肾法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床疗效显著。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF TREATMENT EFFECTS FOR CHRONIC RENAL FAILURE DUE TO INSUFFICIENCY OF THE SPLENIC RENAL QI BY NOURISHING SPLEEN AND KIDNEY

To observe clinical curative effect of method of treating chronic renal failure due to insufficiency of the splenic renal qi by nourishing spleen and kidney. Methods： The treated group（164） and the control group（167） are observed in the paper. Based on the routines treatment, the treated group is given medicinal Chinese soups combined with clysis. The control group is given coated aldehyde oxystarch, rhubarb capsules and medicinal carbon. Results： Renal function, clinical symptoms and signs of renal patients of chronic renal decompensation in the treated group are improved, the patient＇s constitution and physical strength are recovered, the quality of survival is obviously improved, and various aspects of the indexes are better than that in the control group. In the two - year clinical observation, the number of patient in stable condition of the treated group was significantly more than that of the control group. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of method of treating chronic renal failure due to insufficiency of the splenic renal qi by nourishing spleen and kidney is distinct.
