| 摘 要： | 妇产科护理临床工作特点:紧张忙碌;急诊多、风险大、纠纷多;面对特定的人群,涉及隐私、伦理问题多;病人及家属期望值比较高;护士工作压力大。为了使学生将来能更好的适应妇产科护理临床工作,在教学过程中改变重技术轻人文的做法,注重人文素质的培养,培养学生有高尚的医德、高度的责任心、良好的心理素质、一定的交往能力和熟练的沟通技巧及爱心、耐心、同情心等,以适应新的护理模式及人们对护理工作越来越高的要求。
